They are almost certainly filming the first episode, since Capaldi is still wearing Matt Smith’s costume. This is the first official picture released of Capaldi on-set since taking over the iconic title role.

“The Wintering Place” originally aired on “CBS Radio Mystery Theater” on September 27, 1977.
On both Christmas and New Year’s Eve a series of mysterious booms rocked the Greater Toronto area. These booms have also been heard to a lesser extent in the days surrounding these holidays. They rattled houses and caused minor damage, such the breakage of small objects and the cracking of windows. Many compared the sound to that of a tree falling either on their home or a nearby home. Some of the effected areas include Newmarket, Aurora, Belleville, Richmond Hill, and Sutton.
After more than two decades at Dark Horse Comics, Disney (which recently acquired the Star Wars licenses via their purchase of Lucasfilm LTD) has chosen to move the Star Wars comic book license to Marvel Comics (another recent Disney acquisition). Marvel previously held the license from 1977 t0 1991. This deal will be effective as of 2015.
