Art Bell Returns to Radio!

Art Bell, master of paranormal radio, will be returning to the airwaves on September 16, 2013. The new show will be called “Art Bell’s Dark Matter” and will be broadcast on Sirius XM satellite radio.

Art Bell was a fixture of overnight radio in the 1990s. Just about anyone who worked night shifts, or had insomnia remembers his thrilling show “Coast to Coast AM”, focusing on ghosts, UFOs, cryptozoology and other paranormal subjects. Art Bell left the show in 2002. Although he claimed it related to family issues. Others suggest it had to do with problems he had with syndicaters. And some even suggest even more sinister reasons.

“Coast to Coast” has continued without Art Bell. But most agree that his various replacements haven’t matched him. Art Bell lives and breathes radio. A true master of the form. It will be great to have him back.

Great to hear the good news. Will there be a playback of his show(streaming ) that one could join like his old show? That would be great. Good health Art Bell.

  SirisuXM does replays. But there were probably be “unofficial” streams as well.
