In honor of President’s Day, here’s a thrilling audio drama involving a man who would one day become president.  A drama that claims:


“It’s Murder, Mr. Lincoln” originally aired on the “CBS Mystery Theater” on March 18, 1975.  However, this version was created later for rebroadcast.  The main content of the program is the same.  But E.G. Marshall’s hosting sections are replaced by identical ones done by series creator Himan Brown.  The graphic above features an etching of Abraham Lincoln’s law office in Springfield, Illinois.

“Thrones” Gets Marshall!

Neil Marshall (The Descent) has just signed to direct an episode of the popular HBO fantasy series “Game of Thrones”!   Marshall personally sought out the job.  He’s a fan of the books and the HBO adaptation.  And how could he not be? Both are brilliant!

STAR TREK ’09 Inspired by Lou Feck?

Here’s another post in honor of Star Trek’s 45th Anniversary.  We always felt that dry dock scene in Star Trek ’09 was inspired by seventies Star Trek cover artist Lou Feck.  And we think the composite above makes that abundantly clear.  That visual connection was one of the first things that got us excited about this film before release.
