Eliza Dusku to Co-star in “THE SAINT” Pilot!

Deadline announced today that Eliza Dushku will co-star opposite Adam Rayner in “The Saint” backdoor pilot for MPCA.

She will be playing “Patricia Holm”,  a character well known to readers of the original novels by Leslie Chateris.   She appears in quite a few of the novels in the twenties and thirties.  As a co-adventurer and some-time romantic interest of Simon Templar.

Despite her prominence in the books this will mark only the second on-screen appearance of Patricia Holm.  She appeared in “Saint Meets the Tiger” (1943)  played by Jean Gillie.  Hugh Sinclair played Templar in that film.

The character was never used in any of the other movies or the Roger Moore television series.
