Potter Casts Record Breaking Spell at Box Office!
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 took in $125.1 million on its opening weekend. This represents the highest opening for the series thus far, easily cruising its broom past the previous record holder Golblet of Fire which took in $102.7 million in its opening weekend. This take also represents the sixth highest opening weekend gross ever.
