Keaton Wants a BEETLEJUICE 2!

After Geena Davis expressed some interest in a Beetlejuice sequel, Moviehole asked the film’s star Michael Keaton if he’d be up for it.  Here’s how he responded:

Oh I’d do that in a heartbeat … Absolutely, that’s the one thing I’d love to do again … That’s the only one I’d love to do.

So no equivocating from Mr. Keaton.  We’d love to see a Beetlejuice 2 as well.  But would it be the same without Tim Burton at the helm?  We doubt it.  And that eventuality seems unlikely.  Especially with Burton coming off the megahit Alice in Wonderland.  But stranger things have happened.
