According to The Hollywood Reporter, Keanu Reeves has been tapped to star in a modern interpretation of Robert Louis Stevenson’s The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.
The project will be titled Jekyll, and will be set in the modern day, but doesn’t appear to be a remake of the recent BBC modern day adaptation of the same name.
The film is being developed by Universal; and Justin Haythe, screenwriter of Revolutionary Road, has been hired to pen the picture.
We really like Keanu. But expect this news will lead to whole bunch of emotional range jokes.
